And what a 'Cheap Charlie' thing to stop the days one or a few days short....sounds like bureaucrats run the show...Ones the probably have never seen active duty service. Well, it does sound like it. But from the budgetary aspect, when a mission is formulated, resources are limited and they tend to pinch pennies wherever they can.. And extended benefits is usually the first place they look. Hawk
