Well, it looks like CCUR is now available to be acquired. It would seem that it's own Everstream patents become even more valuable now that the Thirdspace issue has been resolved. And maybe this issue might have been holding up it's own licensure agreements since potential licensees would want this clarified before either purchasing, or liscensing.. or knock on wood, outright acquisition of CCUR. Have we hit a bottom? Hawk
