Eagle satellite business got some experience in the headend side? But they have not look at the subcontracting business of Verizon Fios or AT&T triple play installation budget. Total budget for fiber and satellite dish installation is estimated at $50 billion over the next few years. Verizon had problems hiring technicians to install fibers to the door and remove copper wiring. Triple play of cable is now looking at Mpeg4(DVBS2) transmission converted back to Mpeg2(DVBS) for the existing set-top box. DirecTV is again advertizing 256 HDTV channels for their new services. Something is up on the technology front?
