CB, TJ and Chinese think it takes a specification to not put lead paint on children's toys. That's the sort of thinking you get from China. Because lead paint was not prohibited [apparently] they consider it a good idea to do. They were so ignorant or cared so little that they put lead paint on. That's what you should expect from China and most other places too - I don't drink wine from anywhere which I suspect might put poisons in. Mexican and Chilean wine I assume would be poisonous, for example. American products are generally pretty good [not immediately death-dealing], but there are some dangers such as apples which look like apples but are imitations tasting like a mixture of flour and flavoured water. Things out of the USA are made on Disneyland philosophies; all show. One has to scavenge around the world to get good stuff. Meat from Argentina is real [or was]. Baguettes in France [at the right shops] are real, so are nectarines, apricots, figs and cheese. Fish in NZ is real [salmon are not]. Cars from Toyota are good. Mqurice
