bankruptcy is not an opinion but a coming reality........ look at nearly all otc's performing similar financial arrangements....... down the tubes they go.......... mb confirms this direction with the allstate demise a few months after the purchase and continued restructure of authorized shares.......... look at the bright side....... shareholders might become plumbing inspectors. enjoy
