Also as I pointed out and you ignored many more people move up economically even if it isn't "rags to mega-riches in one generations". That not opium, its hard work and success. If what you say is truly the trend, why is it a greater proportion of the nations wealth is in control of fewer and fewer people? For the past 30 years, statistic after statistic has shown that to be the trend and not what you are suggesting.
