Kirk...I believe you are right on all counts about what Dr. James actually wrote... As time permits, I will do some research on this. No, he is not upset to get his money back for a worse-than-worthless subscription to Marketimer. But it sure looks like he doesn't appreciate being falsely accused of something illegal or he wouldn't have called and asked them what they are claiming he did--which they didn't/couldn't answer. (I guess it's a little difficult to tell someone they were stalking him at various message boards and didn't like his negativity about Bob Brinker.) . 8^) . Wonder if the person he talked to posts on this message board? .
