Ed, I was simply sharing the comments of Nancy Pelosi. I made no predictions of my own about what will or wont happen by the end of this year. The only prediction I can make is, whatever is accomplished in Iraq by the end of this year will be seen as glorious by the repubs and dismal by the dems.

"Neither "praying" nor "hoping" nor "the accomplishments of the US military in Iraq" will result in "political reconciliation within the country of Iraq by the end of this year," nor the end of any year.
