Probably not much different than parts of Philadelphia and many other inner cities throughout the US. Some border areas touched upon with gentrification/"it's not that bad and it's affordable," but that was a rare instance as a result of the bubble.

So you really don't think the drug-infested, ghetto homes will ever rebound to 80k? :)
