re: The worst part is the gym.... You walk on one of those machines, right? Why not walk in the real world? Never did get that. Seattle is pretty hilly which can get problematical for someone with asthma. To get to a flat place, I have to drive.....so why not go to the gym where I can also work out with the free weights. The dew point here today was 78 degrees, mid-summer sh-t. The cold fronts just are not coming. Mid summer? Wow. Its just the opposite of here. For this time of year, its very cold. I was watching the Yankees/Indian game yesterday, and I was surprised at how lightly dressed everyone was. They say it will warm up later this week......we can only hope.
