Now that is interesting. I would assume multi family dwellings would be taxed at a different rate than single family homes. And taking another look I see that most of the value is in the land. Not surprising for that area. And I am really surprised at the total assessed value. I always thought that homes in the LA area were worth more.
We recently got a new assessment for our place, and the land value doubled while the blding only rose my a few thousand dollars. That kind of assessment is new in this area. The bldings have always been valued higher than the land.
