One, it's clear that AMD costs are greater than Intel's. Two, all Intel needs to show is that AMD's accusations are false or contrived. Your (and AMD's) assertions that Intel is stupid enough to violate known laws is ridiculous. You are acting like they have no knowledge of the situation they are in...
