I read it. As it happens I was in the Civic last Friday looking at a 700 sq ft unit, asking price $220K with my son. The arrogant flipper paid $150K 12 months ago and was conning us to believe since he had come down from $240K we were really getting a deal. Time to smell the glove here in Puddle Town. -g-
