John,

I've been tracking Vegas high rise condos and a couple of cities in Florida. There is no significant reduction in Vegas for the high end, but I'm starting to see some movement in Southern Florida.

There is a building on the North end of the Vegas strip and I bet I'm not the only one that is looking to buy if say 20% were to come off the frothy top.

10% from the top for this unit is the biggest reduction I've seen to date.

I'm waiting for a breaking point, and as many of these unit are completely empty, I thought a stronger reduction trend would have started by now. Time is on my side I guess.
