Steve:

Sorry if I implied anything about your opinion on the price of PRLX but I was reading your earlier thread where you said you projected a pre-split price of 30 in six-months. PRLX has reached this and exceeded this with the close today equivalent to 42.

P/E of 49 with ttm of .57 and projected growth of 25% results in a PEG of 2. This is kind of high. PRLX is a great company and I think (and I think you think, but I won't do that anymore) has great future potential in terms of the business and the stock price.

The point I was making was that it seems that momentum and maybe the good coverage was pushing PRLX up higher than was reasonable. But reasonable is what the market will bear. So who is to argue.

I respect your opinion and analysis and I don't view this as a competition only a chance to share opinions and ideas. I don't plan to sit back, as you know I've been a long time holder (2/94) and I don't think the best is over, but it does seem to me that PRLX is in the short term overvalued.

I am not sure what a fair price for PRLX is now but I am curious as to what you think it is and how you determined.

Best Regards,

Ken
