And you actually have folks living in these houses as end users on LI plus no national homebuilders putting up tons of new houses down the road from you discounting them to cost just to move product or speculators from 2003-06 still sitting on vacant new homes they can't even rent for a fraction of their monthly payment. The number of highly motivated sellers in a local marketplace is huge as to the direction of prices..

Still a move back to mid 2004 is a huge percentage drop. I bet those at the controls in DC and on Wall Street do not want prices back to what they were prebubble everywhere..
