SENSE Holdings, Inc. (SENSE) (OTCBB:SEHO), a diversified holding company with operations in the U.S. and China, today announced that the company's subsidiary, Big Tree Toys, Inc., has signed new distribution contracts and received new orders for various toys which it both sources and distributes. In an effort to further insure the quality of its products, management has elected to more than double its quality control staff from 14 to 30 employees and will administer strict safety testing protocols. Big Tree Toys is an expert sourcing company that maintains relationships throughout China with thousands of manufacturers. Big Tree conducts its own safety and quality control checks of the sourced products in addition to those completed by the manufacturers. Management is dedicated to maintaining its reputation for delivering cost effective products made to exact specifications.

Commenting on the events, Dore Perler, CEO of Sense Holdings, Inc., stated, "As we continue to receive new orders, quality control moves to the forefront of our business. The orders received by Big Tree Toys, totaling in excess of $2,000,000, include an estimated $900,000 contract to supply a wide variety of learning toys to the Casino Group. The order is scheduled for delivery by December 30, 2007. The toys will be on shelf of the retail stores owned by the Casino Group in South America. This is one of the biggest contracts that Big Tree Toys, Inc. has secured since the company was acquired by SENSE Holding, Inc. (OTCBB: SEHO) in August, 2007. With over 10,000 stores worldwide, the Casino Group is one of the leading food retailers in France. The company operates hypermarkets, supermarkets, discount stores, convenience stores, and restaurants in 11 countries including Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil, Colombia, Thailand, the Netherlands, Vietnam, and Venezuela.

In addition to the Casino Group order, Big Tree Toys secured a contract with Metcash Trading Limited Australasia (Metcash) worth approximately $680,000. Big Tree Toys, Inc. will supply Metcash with a combination of various remote control cars for delivery by October 30, 2007. These toys will be on shelf in thousands of Australian stores this Christmas season through the distribution network of Metcash. Metcash is a leading marketing and distribution company in the food and consumer goods categories in Australia. Metcash provides comprehensive services to over 2,500 independent retailers in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia. With a National distribution network of 55 branches, Metcash is also Australia's leading distributor in Fast Moving Consumer Goods.

The third contract recently awarded to Big Tree Toys is with the Bell Valley Group in Brazil. Big Tree Toys will supply Bell Valley Group with certain toy cars for this Christmas season. The contract is worth approximately $500,000. All shipping for this order will be completed by October, 2007. Bell Valley Group is an importer/exporter that sources from China to supply countries all over the world. With 7 offices in China, the group works to establish cooperative relations with multiple market segments offering the best products and services.
