Yes. And there was a later poll which attempted to break it down even further. Instead of asking about Congress as a whole, they asked about congressional Democrats and Republicans.

The congressional Democrats did better than congressional Republicans across both parties. And the Republicans were identified as obstructionists, despite the media attempts to soft-pedal their actions.
