What are the technicals that you are looking at. From an empirical point of view, it appears that TPRO is moving on very low volume. A small numer of investors seem to be unloading. Maybe getting some of the profit from their run up over the summer. Maybe some never intended to keep their money in TPRO this long and are happy to move on. In any case, no real action going on.

The Flour post earlier is really significant though. I don't think this sshould be ignored at all.
