Dave: I disagree with you. I have been preaching this restructuring for months. But if they just cut people instead of consolidating operations and close one of the two main locations, they will still be bleeding. They have no business having more than 500 employees withyyearly sales rate of about $50 MM. What surprises me is that their was no inkling of such bad news in the price of the stock. I am also surprised that insider were buying rather than selling. I think TRKN is being packaged for sale. Tomorow might be interesting. Zeev
