Ms. Honey, your "rude, nasty and arrogant" is a matter of opinion. If the caller is slow or unclear, Brinker is criticized for "interrupting". If the caller speaks quickly, he's criticized for missing something the caller said. Surely we've seen several editorial comments to that effect in many of the "transcripts" of Brinker's Moneytalk that we've seen.
