Kirk said to queen: You and a few others tried to attack the reputation of someone I've made friends with so I post to you here to set the record straight. Of course, since it allows me to repeat the truth about the subject of this forum, I'm allowed to do this and be on topic.
I didn't attack anyone's reputation, Kirk, and so far you have failed to substantiate that oft-repeated statement. So I'll ask you again. Where, exactly did I attack his reputation? That's all I asked for in the first place, substantiation rather than guess, evidence rather than opinion. So far I've seen no substantiation for the OPINIONs that there were motives for Brinker's cancelling the subscription other than what James was told. I'm not saying there were or weren't, because I don't know. But if it's all that important, I think we need to see something more than something like "I called them and they told me, but I don't believe them". I've seen guesses, opinions, innuendo and attack. I've seen no proof. And I don't think we'll ever see it, one way or the other.
The "AHA! moment" came for me when Kirk revealed that James was a "friend" of his. I'm just protecting the reputation of one of my friends... Not that there's anything wrong with that. Nothing wrong with being friends, but that somewhat delayed revelation does seem to add another layer to the drama, does it not?
You and your "clan" of "critic bashers" attack the reputation, often both professionally and personally, of anyone who tells the TRUTH about their experience with Brinker that doesn't end with some story about how great the advice has been. I'm rather sick of it.
I hope you feel better soon. Maybe if you took a little break... |
