A company begging to be sold is never in a bargaining position that any stockholders would wish upon a star?

Only buyer would be from England, where people love to borrow the money(equal to the revenue), take over then get the high salary himself. All the present management will be fired.

But CCUR probably had poison pills and golden parachutes, to make such a take over unattractive.

So, we are back to building up the company for stockholders' value appreciation.

Buy cheap and sell dear, sometimes seems a wrong timing, if you don't know your own market maker(in your own brokerage). Always talk to your broker, is my motto(price move on rumours when you place the order). They are the ones taking all your money, if you lose. Unless you buy on level two; give money to someone else.

CCUR maybe a January effect stock? Buy at year end for tax loss selling bargain?
