NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 10/11/07 -- H3 Enterprises, Inc (PINKSHEETS: HTRE) President and CEO, Dr. Benjamin Chavis, announced today the signing of a Lease Agreement between Alexander Reid Land Development, LLC and H3 Enterprises, Inc. effective October 10, 2007, for a fully furnished, 11,000 square foot restaurant and entertainment facility located in Tampa at 1241 E. Fowler Avenue, less than a mile from the University of South Florida.
"We are keeping our commitment to open our first HipHopSodaShop in the Tampa Bay/St. Petersburg area," explained Dr. Chavis. "We also signed a Letter of Understanding between H3 Enterprises, Inc. and E&E Global Enterprises, LLC to manage and operate the Tampa Bay HipHopSodaShop," Dr. Chavis further stated. The principals of E&E Global Enterprises, LLC are Eric Von Billington of Tampa and Eric Green of St. Petersburg.
