1. My suggestion is to review the stocks you have owned in the past,ensure that you have not kept the losers, sold the winners
My little rule is on new bought stock, if it drops @ 12%, it is gone....
On winners, keep buying each 12 to 15 % increase in price.
(This takes care of an error in misjudging a new investment)
2. Forget about dividends, it makes one happy to get those samll checks each month. But the 50 to 200 % that can be made on techs
dwarf any dividends.
3. If you can stand a bit more risk, stay away from the biggest
companies in the field, No2,3,4 will try harder.( Whether that applies to virtual monopolies like MSFT and INTEL is tough to
decide)
