Ramtron Announces Third Quarter 2007 Earnings Date

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--U.S. semiconductor maker Ramtron International Corporation (Nasdaq:RMTR - News), a leading developer and supplier of nonvolatile ferroelectric random access memory (FRAM) and integrated semiconductor products, plans to report financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2007, after the close of market on October 25, 2007.

Management will conduct a conference call to discuss third quarter results that day at 5:00 PM Eastern time/4:00 PM CT. The call will be webcast with an accompanying slide presentation, which can be accessed via a link in the Investor Information column on the Ramtron website home page.
