Crash this crash that, blah blah blah.

I can count the crashes my LC III has had over the last...what, five years?...on one hand. I know people who run their Macs 24-7 under server-intensive conditions and they never crash them. Alomex, anyone who knows diddly about computers knows that you can crash ANY machine under the right conditions. Windows NT, from what I've heard, is a great product and very stable, but it will be replaced by Rhapsody ( ;) ). The problem with NT is that it runs mainly IBM compatibles and that it's a Microsoft product (ok, I guess that's two problems).

I'm willing to live and let live. Crashes are really non-issues unless you're talking about an OS release that is seriously flawed. Bill Gates walking into the graphics design lab at C|Net and seeing all the Web developers using Macs is an issue. Apple announcing a computer with a 233Mhz processor and a 4G hard drive for less than $1800 is an issue.

Long live Apple.
