ouch,
I feel a 10-15 drop is 80-90%,
20-25 50/50 bet.
But 50% is not going to happen.
It will in some totally overblown mkts,
but not the average, middle America mkts.

I am selling my house in SC, close is end of month.

Renting it back from the buyer as he is not ready to move and

we are not ready to move.

Only way a house sells right now is if its priced like its 2003!

My big question is where to buy as I need a long term primary residence to raise the family in!
Need to be close to NYC as that s where I freelance most.

I will have 1/2M in cash once my house sells.

If i sit on the cash its value is shrinking as the $ falls

and If I buy a house its value is going to fall as the median home price falls!

Ugh!
