i talked with a 2nd broker(not mine) and he confirmed that his retail clients havebeen bying handover fist for a month but his bank clients buying has dropped sharply.
This is both bullish and bearish, the big question is how much cash they have, and how deep their euphoria.
The MOST important factor is this retailers BELATED euphoria is the classic rule that retailers are the last to buy and the last to sell.
i feel they don't have the punch this time to pulloff a repeat of late 1999 but we will see. But i conjecture that they have pretty shallow pockets compared to 1999.Max
