there were pictures of this place in some mag i got awhile back.. unbelievable the contamination in the water, the stink for miles, and miles.

imo an operation is begging to be automated at least processes that can be done. I assume the investments have been avoided because of the cheap labor.

your right time to upgrade plant , increase prices, clean up the environment in the area.

if they want workers, offer them relocation packages, like a paid weekend in a local motel , set up with realtors for rentors , advance them 3 months payments, pay moving cost for them and if families , have counselors available to stream line kids into schools , doctors etc.

In the long run it would be a cheap investment.
