Intel is more than a partner. They own a significant number of shares in the company. Don't worry Intel will find a way to be sure intercast becomes an industry standard if WaveTop takes off. Will it?

Let me say this: There is an awful lot of pressure from the tech-heads at PC Magazine and elsewhere to resist such a mindless invasion of our bandwidth. Why? Well for starters who needs PC Magazine if all the information your interested in comes streaming onto your desktop through WaveTop? Who needs the internet or an ISP? Okay I'm probably going too far now but for some this will be a real difficult decision. Not everyone has the time to spend actively researching for the information that is most important to them. That is what made Pointcast so popular. Speaking of Pointcast don't forget they also are in a partnership with Wavephore.

As for the stock the news is larely out there now. I expect the stock to continue to sell-off for now. Oh well, I hope I am wrong.

Everyone here should volunteer to beta test Windows 98. It's being advertised at Yahoo. Remember you will be beta testing WaveTop too! Regards, Jeff
