I'm doing pretty well with my LEAP puts strategy now. I only wish I had been a bit more aggressive. I got too cautious and only buy well in the money puts. Would have been much better to have bought out-of-the-money puts. That's what I did two years ago when I started making housing crash bets - but I was way too early. Strange how you learn the wrong lessons for the right time (or right lessons for the wrong time).
