Ron, the merger with TMA requires shareholder approval and is expected to close late in the fourth quarter. According to the agreement, between AVNT & TMA, the TMA shareholders meeting should be no later than November 30th. The terms of the agreement are contained in the AVNT 8-K: sec.gov

Interesting that TMAI (today's close: 15 3/8) is selling significantly below the acquisition price of $17. This indicates concern that the deal may fall through or fear that AVNT's share price may fall below the minimum conversion price of $25.678.
