Here is a Chinese article talking about the details of Chint Group. Believe it or not, the founder was originally a shoe repair person. And Schneider Electric has been bullying Chint Group for more than 10 years, and sued them for >20 times, including in Italy, France, and German. This has brought tremendous pressure for Chint Group on resources. Also, due to the pending law suit, they could not sell their product in those European countries, which is the way Schnider to kill competition. Schnider is NOTHING but an imperialistic bully!

The funny thing is that some Chinese own media also parroting after Schnider, and attacking Chint Group! Talk about some Chinese media now is NOTHING but the loud speakers of the West! It is such a SHAME!

Schnider also made multiple times of proposal of buying 50-80% of Chint Group (the so-called strategy that "if you cannot beat them, then buy them), but got rejected. It is so obvious that why they are doing this.

This time, Chint took an unusual action, actively took Schneider to the court, and WON! Although this may not be the final win, at least it shows some Chinese companies have actively fought against the bully from multinational companies.

This is just ONE MORE example showing the hypocrisy and double standard used so widely by the West. Their so called of protection of IP right only can be applied on Chinese business. It is ok for them to violate Chinese companies' IP right. what a joke!
