Have a look at HKBV .004 X .005

5 1/2 M in revs this year so far..ceo says they will do 8M by end of year..

The ceo keeps a blog on the website..here are 2 interesting post by him:
"I am proud to say that revenues are up nearly 75% over the first quarter of 2006. Initially our revenue goal for 2007 was $7,500,000.00. That would be a 50% increase over the $5,100,000.00 revenue number of 2006. I am confident that the $8,000,000.00 number is achievable."

Big things are cooking. I don't say that lightly. As most of you know, we have the utmost respect for the quality distributors in our industry. We should. The good ones are capable of great things. They are the distributors who put VitaminWater, SoBe, Red Bull and even Snapple on the map. We are very lucky to be able to call some of these distributors friends and allies.

However, these distributors have a problem. Each has built up an awesome infrastructure (sales people, merchandisers, etc.) in order to handle the ever increasing volume of such brands as VitaminWater and Fuze. These beverage brands will soon be on Coke trucks. Pumped Fitness and Road Kill will fill a portion of the void but not all. In anticipation of this, we have devised a plan that will spell success for Hat Trick and the distributors themselves.

We are in the process of putting together a new brand that will be partially owned and operated by a group of 5 distributors. These distributors consist of 3 on the East Coast and 2 on the West Coast. Each one of these distributors not only dominate and control the area they are in but also have massive influence on other areas and distributors. For example, if the distributor in LA has the brand and is getting it out to market, the distributors in San Diego, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, etc. have no choice but to take the brand. The board of directors will consist of the five of them and 2 persons from Hat Trick. This will be an entirely new entity. A percentage of which will be owned by Hat Trick and its shareholders. These distributors will have a strong influence in the type of product, look and marketing. Right now, most are leaning toward a "Super Premium" product in glass. The details have not yet been finalized. Before we can complete the design process of the product, we must agree on the structure of the new entity. We hope to have this completed at the National Beer Wholesalers Association conference in Las Vegas during the first week of October.

Any product is only as good as the distribution it has. Our plan is to make sure we have the greatest distribution possible with the most quality cutting edge product by having the people that control the market directly involved. Nobody has ever organized a group like this before. Other beverage companies are going to fear us. That is why We said in our press release that "We are Getting Ready to Shake up the Beverage World". I think that is great! If everything works out the way I feel it will, this could easily be a $100,000,000.00 brand and we will all have a part of that.

The numbers for the first quarter of 2007 are in. We have posted The numbers for the first quarter of 2007 on the recent news page. I will be releasing a formal press release next week pertaining to the financials. I hope to have the completed 2006 financials posted by Tuesday. I am proud to say that revenues are up nearly 75% over the first quarter of 2006. Initially our revenue goal for 2007 was $7,500,000.00. That would be a 50% increase over the $5,100,000.00 revenue number of 2006. I am confident that the $8,000,000.00 number is achievable. Growth is only tempered by our ability to produce product. I feel we have addressed that problem nicely with the development of our own production lines.

The growth is a direct result of the new 30oz Pumped Fitness package. That product has the highest profit margin of all our products. The numbers do not include the launch of Road Kill. That product is in the beginning stage of it's initial launch now. We will be shipping product to Texas, New England and California in May. We also have plans to repackage our SuperBuzz Energy drink. All these revenue streams will help us reach our goals of higher revenues and a much higher stock price.
