Dear Lightning, You do not have to be a registered shareholder to receive a proxy. The main purpose of Policy 41 is to ensure a mechanism exists for all shareholders to get their proxies: registered and non-registered. Call up montreal trust or pacific corporate trust in Vancouver and ask! Secondly, In this age of jet travel it does not take that long to fly from Africa to Vancouver. Call your travel agent. Thirdly, If you had your proxy why did you not inform this thread about the extra 4.5 million options (which can be set at any price). Fourthly, most people who are registered shareholders of a VSE public company are often connected to the inside group. Is this the case with you?
