This man get in Federal court with Pepsi but can't get his bottled water and soda out to all of America and get his stock price above .0001 or .0002? I don't get it. "Deprived of his records, Corr could not timely renew the registration of his trade mark as to which he sued Pepsi in the federal court. [ For many years previous to the federal case, "Red Bull" beverage tried to knockout Corr's trademark "Ginseng Rush". linked to his beverages marketed by Corr through his firm, Rush Beverage Co., Inc" 'Deprived.......,Corr could not TIMELY RENEW the registration of his trade mark as to which he SUED Pepsi in federal court.' Is that for real ??
