It appears to me that the only things that were "factual", the only things that can possibly be documented with the "James" case, were James having his Marketimer subscription cancelled, and perhaps James' posts bashing Brinker on the net. Everything else that's been posted here regarding the James cancellation is someone's speculation and/or opinion. And as others and I have said before, the B.O. are making far more of it than James ever did. Or trying to.
