Why are you accusing David of a crime?

I listened to the Cal Bear game yesterday. I expect people in the newspapers all over the country are saying they lost the game "due to freshman mistakes" since their experienced quarterback was injured and the freshman QB lost the game for them on several occasions. People pay to get newspapers and I doubt the papers paid the Cal bears anything to talk about their performance.

Commenting on someone's work product is hardly "reselling" it.

BTW, the reason Silicon Investor lets people like you on here to post is it ads to page impressions and they charge advertisers to free folks like you per impression. I doubt SI will pay Brinker or the Cal Bears a share of that ad revenue either.
