To become beholden to the government, means people lose their own humanity...their own manhood and womanhood....they become objects. True - this is the very definition of not being a free person. We are not children and we do not need the government in loco parentis. Regressing collectively into a sort of a national "nursery" should not be an option for the future of this country.
