Thanks for the comment. I stumbled across that link a couple of months ago and thought it worth posting here.

The only way that I view cheap energy now is in the rear view mirror (and receding). IMO, peak "cheap" oil, global warming hysteria and the global economy are all on a major collision course.

How will politics play into the equation? How will it all wash out? And how will the public react when they start to really "pay the price"? I think that "interesting times" are in store in the fairly near future...
