As someone previously suggested, this Key West "recommendation" actually makes me more confident that we are finally reaching the endgame of the "is IPM a scam?" saga.

Lets say you are a MM in a NASDAQ small cap stock and, unlike any other honest person, you can establish a large short position without having a deadline to cover. Let's say you have established a large, profitable short position and you finally decide its time to take your profits. One small problem, though. You need shares. So what do you do? Of course! You put out a "SELL IMMEDIATELY" recommendation, based on "investigative research." That way, you can buy cheap shares from all of those poor slobs who were scared into selling by your recommendation. After all, you need the money a lot more than all of those little IPM investors. Got to buy some more cattle.

DISCLAIMER: The above is pure speculation. I'm sure none of the MM's involved with IPM stock would stoop to such levels.
