In my own opinion and many others a TO or tentative offer to bring GBDX private is about to be announced. The company just made available 300 mil shares but most think it was to cover the huge amount of shorting on this stock. The owner Sib Almaz needs to keep 51% so he added these shares to cover the shorts. (Naked shorts also?)
