I told you they were starting to have trouble in Seattle and you argued that Seattle was just ducky.

We were doing fine until the subprime meltodown and funds for jumbos were cut off. Jumbos are a major part of doing house mortgages on most of the West Coast. With little jumbo financing, Seattle's real estate market fell off a cliff.

You told me you were a real estate expert. LOL

I am. We have yet to see the dire predictions you have made for the past 4 years except for a few housing markets. After all, there is more to this country than FLA, CA and Las Vegas.

Sorry they can't find the funny money to keep it pumped up.

Seattle's unemployment rate is below 4%, the city is adding jobs at a rapid clip, and there is heavy in migration. Funny money isn't needed.
