Sounds like hitting the physical limitations of transport, like the massive backup to load coal in Australia last year.

Massive ship building may mean the steel market gets even tighter, until high oil prices slow world auto sales.

So which commodities are being pushed out by the high prices ?

Cement, thermal coal, bauxite ?
