I just love it when an analyst goes from 'strong buy' to 'buy' and people sell like it's the plague. The problem is that it is still a reality - even though it is just an altered perception. VICL is a bit hard to figure. Frankly it's traded pretty badly for a while now unless you were wise or lucky enough to buy around ten. I am in in the middle of this range of 10-17 but from moment to moment I really have no clue on this one where it's headed. Fundamentals appear almost, but not totally to be disregarded or used as a reason to sell and technicals offer little help - actually a bit negative to my judgement. Oh well. Been here before and I can wait for this one too! Jim
