unclewest; You consider a weak or no army a utopian paradise Nothing could be further from the truth. I believe in a strong military, where we are today is an insane military. How can you say that if we spend as much as the rest of the world combined that our military is weak? If that is the case then something is really wrong. It is the most idiotic comment and thinking of the extreme right. Spending more and more and more on the military doesn't make it a good military, it just makes it big. The right agrees with that on all government - except the military. Somehow they just take the mental shift that the government in this case can do it right. If big government does work - then lets let them do health care too? steve
