It's pretty obvious something is wrong just judging by the junk email I get regarding legal drugs. I think one solution would be to legalize legal drugs where you could buy what you want at the WalMart. The only time I saw a real problem with this was when someone I knew needed an antibiotic and the bug this person had was resistant to cipro so this person needed a lab test to find what works, but this could be done at the walmart by any old undocumented worker trained in such culturing procedures. This could get the cost down to less than twenty bucks, maybe even to less than ten. We need some nurse practitioner clinics for us poor folks and for the undocumented folks too. Oh and the lawyers, I forgot to mention the lawyers. You know what to do with them.
