All the advanced countries in Northern Europe and Canada have universal health care that cost less than our broken health care system now.

There are direct costs and indirect costs of the war in Iraq that are not budgeted for. The long term cost of care for our soldiers injured and severely injured are nowhere addressed not to mention all the collateral damage and harm to our brand - the United Sates of America.
