He's dreaming. Immigration to Israel is already less then emigration. If Iran had the mere hint of a nuclear weapon, the settlers would run like rats from a sinking ship. In fact, the more Israel keeps shouting about Iran's nuclear weapon the more the settlers are panicking. I can imagine them already saying to each other, "Darl, maybe we didn't have five acres and a swimming-pool like we have now but we were happy in New York and we certainly don't need this atom bomb shit!"
